Wi-Fi & App Operation

Wi-Fi Network Requirement

• 2.4GHz Only: MagicSpa Gen II operates only on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. If your router is dual-band (2.4G & 5G), please make sure you select the 2.4GHz SSID during setup.

Understanding Screen Wi-Fi Status

We have added a Wi-Fi indicator on the top-right corner of the control box screen:

• Solid Wi-Fi indicator: Connected successfully to the cloud server.
• Flashing Wi-Fi indicator: Device is in pairing mode (ready to connect) or disconnected from the router.
• No Wi-Fi indicator: Wi-Fi module is idle or reset.

Note: You can always check the detailed connection status by entering the device menu and selecting WiFiSet.

How to Reset / Re-pair Wi-Fi

If you change your Wi-Fi router, password, or wish to connect to a new smartphone, you need to clear the existing Wi-Fi settings:

1. Press the Menu button to enter the main menu.
2. Press the Up or Down arrow keys to select WiFiSet, then press Menu (or Select) to enter.
3. Choose Clear and confirm.
4. The Wi-Fi icon on the main screen will begin to flash. You can now follow the Quick Start Guide steps to pair the device again.

Smart Life App Features

Once connected, the App allows you to monitor and control your MagicSpa remotely:

• Remote Control: Instantly turn the chlorine generation ON or OFF from anywhere.
• Daily Timer: Set and schedule the daily chlorine generation working hours (replaces manual buttons).
• Salinity Level Tracker: Monitor real-time salt concentration (Low, OK, High) with notifications.
• Electrode Lifespan (Ti Life): Keeps track of remaining cell hours and sends warnings when a replacement is needed.
• Remote Reboot: Clear error screens or reboot the system hardware with one-tap in the App.
