Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all Zelinhol products. Items must be in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.

How to Initiate a Return

Since all orders are fulfilled through Amazon, returns are processed through your Amazon account:

  1. Go to Your Orders in your Amazon account
  2. Find the Zelinhol product you want to return
  3. Click Return or Replace Items
  4. Select the return reason and preferred return method
  5. Print the return shipping label and drop off the package

If you have trouble initiating a return through Amazon, email us at support@zelinhol.net and we will assist you.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear in your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped), we cover the full return shipping cost. If the return is due to buyer’s change of mind, return shipping is deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been installed and used for more than 14 days (salt cells show wear after installation)
  • Products missing accessories or original packaging
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago

Warranty Claims

Zelinhol salt chlorine generators and replacement cells include a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product — see individual product pages for details. Warranty claims are processed separately from returns. Email tech@zelinhol.net to file a warranty claim.
