Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and fulfilled through Amazon’s fulfillment network. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same business day; orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping Times
Standard shipping within the contiguous United States takes 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping options (2-Day, Next-Day) are available at checkout through Amazon. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping speed, and product weight. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders (typically $35+ for Prime non-members, free for Prime members).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through your Amazon account or the carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding to Canada, Mexico, and the EU in 2026.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@zelinhol.net within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with Amazon and the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
